Name: Josie AppletonCity: LondonMany thanks for a great stay -an apartment is so much better than a hotel room, it feels like home. The flat was comfy and well stocked, and the block is nice.
Name: Marcus JamesCountry: AustraliaWe found the Doughty St Bloomsbury apartment a great choice for our week in London. The apartment was quiet, well appointed, spacious and airy, with a lovely sunny living area in the original Georgian reception room, and a very private bedroom overlooking courtyards. It was particularly useful to have laundry facilities downstairs. The location is excellent, with Coram's Fields parks a block away, and within ten minutes' walk of Russell Square tube, Holborn, St Pancras International and Kings Cross stations as well as a good supermarket and shopping centre and the British Museum and British Library. Both the West End theatres and the City of London itself are within half an hour's walk or a quick tube ride. There is a frequent direct connection from Russell Square tube station to Heathrow Airport. The Dickens Museum and cafe are a few doors down.
