NAME: John SeamanCity/Country: Napier, New ZealandWe were very pleased with the apartment and very much enjoyed our stay.Collection of the key was easy and no difficulties were experienced.Having two keys also suited us as our adult son was able to come and go as he pleased. As we left early on our day of departure it was very convenient to leave the key in the apartment. It was well-positioned, being within walking distance of London University’s Institute of Education, Russell Square and Kings Cross/St Pancras stations and handy to the Brunswick Centre. We found it very comfortable and quite “homey”, with the kitchen well-supplied with utensils and crockery. No problems with plumbing or hot water and it was nice to have a small garden adjacent to the apartment.Road noise wasn’t a problem and we slept very well.It was also warm and cosy with good heating.Information provided regarding collection of keys, use of the apartment etc. was very good and welcomed. All in all we found it superior to having booked into an hotel and we would look at using this service again in the future.Once again thanks for your help.
Name: Justin SmithCountry/City; Australia, VictoriaI have just returned home from a holiday of which the greater part (2nd – 30th September) was spent in London, staying in the ground floor flat at 37 Doughty Street.I would like to thank you all for a very comfortable stay in a great little flat which I was quite sorry to leave. The flat had a wonderfully homey feel and was fantastically located. The assistance of Ramiro in the office when I arrived and Sonia at the flat during my stay was greatly appreciated. Please thank Nicole Karen for me for the use of this great flat. Many thanks!

Name:Juhana SaukkonenCountry:FinlandThe flat is really nice and spacious, well kept and very clean. Location was ideal for us. Although it's on the ground floor, it's very quiet and feels safe. The washing machine in the basement worked fine. No complaints at all, good value for money, good service overall, would recommend to anyone!
NAME:Hannah and Daniel DeTomaPisgah Forest, NCFirst, let me say how much we enjoyed the apartment at Doughty Street in London! It was a very wonderful apartment with so much charm. Very clean and comfortable in an older building, it was centrally located with a tube station nearby to get to all the major sights in London. The apartment was located in a charming, safe, and quiet neighborhood. It was great to be able to prepare our dinner most nights at the apartment in the nicely equipped kitchen.( Two grocery stores were nearby, including one right across from Russell Square Tube Station) After a full day of sightseeing we were glad to stay home at night! The TV and WiFi worked just fine. It was great to relax in our spacious apartment home rather than squeeze into a small London hotel room (Most of which are a lot more expensive than your apartment!). We would definitely rent it again. We met the very nice housekeeper, Sonia, and she did an excellent job cleaning the apartment!!Thank you very much for your assistance.
William BrallaCalifornia/USAWe thought the flat was very good value for the money we paid. Great location, close to shopping and the tube. Plenty of room for two people. If we came back to London again we would considerthe same flat.
Linda Alexander- CanadaThis apartment is bright and has a charming atmosphere. We really liked thefront-to-back floor plan that added to the charm and gave a feeling ofspaciousness. The location is excellent and close to all amenities - the BritishMuseum is within walking distance. The service was very good and the onlything we didn't like was that the apartment wasn't available for a longer stay. We'll be back! Thanks!
